My goal is to help individuals create and live a healthy lifestyle so that they can fulfill God's purpose for their lives. I do this by focusing on habit change which leads to long term lifestyle changes. 

Health Principles From The Bible

 

1. We were created from the dust of the earth. 

2. The cycles and seasons God created, affect our bodies.

3. God is the source of all healing.

4. Our bodies were meant to work for 6 days and rest the 7th day. 

5. Our food is best taken directly from the ground and as close to God's original design as possible. Pastured, organic and whole food sources are ideal. 

6. Supplement for better overall nutrition and health because diet alone is not enough in our fallen world. 

7. Avoid deadly emotions that cause ill health.

8. Our meals should be sanctified in prayer by the Word of God.

9. The human body was created by God and we should be honoring him with our bodies.

10. God's ways are better than our own ways. Follow his commandments (not for salvation) for our own wellbeing. 

11. Condition your body with exercise and body therapies

12. Study to show thyself approved.
